As a registered Dental Hygienist for over thirty years, Kathy has immersed herself in the techniques and knowledge of all areas of dentistry. She was a dental auxiliary in the fields of general, orthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and prosthodontics. Kathy has worked as a Practice Heart Beat coach, helping dentists to start up or transition their practices.

Her experience also encompasses work with military and mobile dentistry on the weekends and a county dental sealant program. Kathy has a degree in Dental Laboratory Technology and has presented dental lectures to educational facilities.

Her expertise is in all aspects of managing dentistry: clinical staffing, dental hygiene, leadership/team building, startup and practice transition coaching, and front desk management.
