Dick has been involved in dentistry since 1996. He is the owner of Niche Dental (formerly Niche Agency), a dental marketing consulting firm in Monticello, MN.
He is focused on developing advanced, integrated communication strategies to help dental related businesses engage their respective audiences. His speaking and consulting style is innovative, straightforward, and entertaining.
He has been published in national publications (US Dentistry), is an editorial advisor for Dental Practice Management, and is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD). He has a degree in Speech Communication with an emphasis in marketing from St. Cloud State University, MN. Dick has also presented programs for the Coding Institute including at their February 2008 Dental Conference in Las Vegas.
Dick works with The Peripheral Vision, a national award-winning design group, and is the co-creator of Express Dental Marketing (personalized direct mail). He regularly converses with many other service professionals associated with dentistry from wealth/financial and practice management to practice transitions and health/employment law, OSHA compliance.
He has consulted with, and offered his brand expertise to, over 250 dental practices, labs, and businesses across the US and internationally:
